Lots of outdoor work and exposure to a wide variety of civil engineering and construction environments. Work included construction staking, topographic surveys, bridge inspections, construction observation, drafting, and more.
What I wish was different
Nothing. This internship was very well-organized and provided really good learning experiences throughout the summer.
Advice
Be ready to work hard to get the most out of the experience.
