I enjoyed the opportunity to meet new students and staff members and expand my personal network. Interacting with the CEEP team and other CEEP fellows across the country was a unique experience I couldn't have gotten with a different organization.
What I wish was different
I enjoyed every part of this fellowship. The only downside was our inability to host in person events but this was due to the pandemic not the organization.
Advice
Utilize staff members to get your messages and event dates out there! Having our events posted in the daily announcements does wonders for attendance and offering prizes also goes a long way as well.
