Really good people to work with. And the job was a lot of fun. I was able to feel like I was a part of a bigger picture welding on steel that went up into convention centers or other big buildings.
What I wish was different
The pay as a welder was on the low end and it was night shift which made having a social life hard
Advice
Learn as much as you can. Cives is not the type of business you would make a long term career out of. But is a great spring board company to build up your resume.
