I enjoyed being able to work outdoors during the summer. Being a city job I felt as though I was helping the community by working there.
What I wish was different
I wish that the training had been more extensive, but due to circumstances in the hiring process there was a short window of time for a full training experience.
Advice
One piece of advice would to be as outgoing as possible to form a good connection with other employees; showing a good work ethic goes a long way to earning respect amongst the current employees.
