What I liked
How nice and constructively critical my uppers were, and the kids teach me patience. Each of my campers respected me in different ways. Each came with different stories and experiences that I loved them sharing with me.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been a little more organized and on top of things, also wish my boss of 3 years hadn't switched to a different department.
Advice
That this summer job is a great experience and gives you many different ways to learn patience and know how to run the books and the behind the scenes paperwork that run a camp.

Advice
Remain calm through everything and never lose yourself. Some situations may shock you or attempt to take you out of your character, but as long as you remember your personal values you’ll be fine. At the end, the relationships and experiences you partake in are all worth it.
