Manager of a Splash Pad

I made the schedule and had a lot of responsibility.

Older more experienced employees. This was the first year the Splash pad was open, there are still kinks to be worked out.

Advice

When working with the public, you need to be very nice all the time even when a costumer is in the wrong.
