I loved my interactions with my students and their parents. There is a great staff there, that is always there to talk and help if needed. This is a job where you grow a lot as a leader and as a person.
What I wish was different
It is not a high paying job. The fun and great atmosphere given at the St. Albans City Pool makes up for it.
Advice
I recommend this job to anyone else considering, as the job is extremely fulfilling and you are surrounded by a great work environment.
