The City of Sidney is located 40 miles north of Dayton on I-75 with four interstate exits (90 through 94). We have a population of 21, 000 and a land area of 11.7 square miles . The City of Sidney has diverse industries including agriculture, manufacturing, technology and health care.
Our community is known for its outstanding park and recreation system. The City of Sidney has 14 neighborhood parks and is home to Tawawa Park. Tawawa Park has 219 acres with walking trails, fishing, picnicking and is home to the municipal swimming pool.
Our community offers economic diversity with four I-75 exits, CSX railroad and Sidney Municipal Airport. Our educational systems include strong public schools and private school options. Upper Valley JVS and Edison State College are located within 10 miles of Sidney.
