What I liked

The team was very easy going and easy to get along with. I felt like I had a lot to do and they kept me busy. I also felt like they trusted me to do good work and they would let me tag along to their meetings and job site visits.

What I wish was different

The team was a little unstructured because they were going through a lot of employment changes and restructuring at the time, so it was a little chaotic at times.

Advice

Make the most out of an internship by putting yourself out there and asking the people you are working with for advice, help, etc. If you don't have anything to do, then ask for something to do or find something to do. It is wonderful experience, so always try to make the most of it.
