Getting to really understand how a library works- and help out patrons in the process!
What I wish was different
I think it'd be nice if we could sit while doing transit or do homework when things are dead and there's nothing to do- not even on the 'nothing to do' sheet!
Advice
Talk to your coworkers- it can get lonely when you're alone on the weekend, so don't be afraid to reach out. Find the people you click with and create a work family. It makes even bad days at work not so terrible after all.
