The camp I worked at was specifically for kids with asthma. I really liked the experience of working with kids and doing normal summer camp activities as well as teaching them how to be healthy. I enjoyed being part of the partnership between the New Haven Parks and Recreation Department and the New Haven Public Health Department. It was a great learning opportunity for me!
