What should I be ready for when I'm interviewed to take on a swimming instructor job in the city of Milpitas?
Make sure your swimming skills are adequate. You should be able to do freestyle/breaststroke for like 200m without struggling too much. If you are already certified in first aid / CPR that is a big plus.
