Creating educational activities for the kids and going on exciting trips with them. It was something new everyday so never a dull moment.

Advice
Overseeing a large group of kids is A LOT of work. It's not just a "fun" summer job. It takes a lot of work and dedication to ensure the kids get the most out of their trip.
