What I liked

The scheduling system was well put together and made it easier for employees to put in availability.

What I wish was different

The uniform is black which gets really difficult to wear in the sun. It would be nice to wear a red suit

Advice

Schedule availability ahead of time. There might not always be someone to cover last minute and that was a big issue we had last year
