I loved the opportunity to be creative and to think of the most effective ways to teach other to be successful.

I wish that I would have been able to have more contact with all of those under me instead of just the select few 10-15.

It is challenging but it is so rewarding when you see others having fun with what they are doing and making changes in others lives.
