Super nice to have a summer job I always return to. Pay is decent for not yet having a degree. The position fits my major and will help build me resume.
What I wish was different
When using my boss at the City of Janesville as a reference, she can only state if she will rehire me and not talk about my work ethic or other awesome qualities that I preformed so well at this job.
Advice
Sometimes keeping a job for multiple years and gaining experience is the best way to help build a resume.
