I loved the team, they were also so helpful and kind. I loved working outside and with plants. Also, everyone was so open-minded and caring about me as person.

Advice
Drink a lot of water. Always check the weather the night before, and pack lots of food and snacks. This is a high energy job.

I liked the responsibility that is associated with this type of job, something I had enjoyed in my prior position as a lifeguard for the PPYMCA.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more organization and a greater emphasis on employee wellbeing as well as customer service.
Advice
Lifeguarding is a great job for college and high school.
