What I wish was different
The organization, especially this summer, was very lacking. There was little protocol for employees and that often lead to confusion on what we should be doing when and even difficulty making sure we had all the kids with us which is obviously a problem. Often times even if an activity was on the schedule, we did not have the materials to actually do it so there was a significant amount of improvisation.
