I am doing real hands-on work with communication for events, social media, media relations, and event planning. I love the staff here and they have been really trusting with the projects and information that they assign to me.
What I wish was different
These internships are not internships for hire, because they are government related jobs. Though I have a higher chance of getting a job here if I apply for one, my internship will not necessarily "turn into" a job with hard work.
Advice
Work hard! Impress your supervisors and they will give you more projects and responsibility.
