I like that the HR Assistant delegated a lot of work to me. Everyday she
gives me more information to increase my knowledge of job duties that are essential in the HR
Department. I have gained the responsibility of opening and closing the department. I have also
been given the authority to review application and approve or deny them in the next step of the
recruitment process.
