Great group of coworkers that works hard and is just a great time to be around.
What I wish was different
90% of the bosses suck, which was very disappointing... their inexperience shows to everyone, especially to the more senior staff and it was very disappointing.
Advice
You learn some very important skills about life, from medical to social skills. Plus its a nice job for hot summers.

It’s an amazing job, working outside with high school aged kids, learning facilitation, risk management, and environmental policy and practices.

They hired you for a reason. You are qualified. Now all you need to do is believe that for yourself.

Don’t be shy about trying jobs slightly out of your main interest. It may lead to a new interest or perspective moving forward
