I loved the experience that I received in learning how to manage projects, supervision, and working in a team setting.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have pushed myself to be in a leadership role to have more responsibilities and earn for soft skills.
Advice
Work as hard as you can. When working with kids, they just want to have fun. Make sure that their basic needs are met and that you communicate any issues that may arise during the day.
