What I liked

I loved that the directors were understanding and flexible. The children know how to steal your heart (and also put you into discipline mode).

What I wish was different

I wish that there was more effective communication and teaching philosophies among the similarly-grouped (infants, toddlers, 2s, preschool) teachers.

Advice

Treat the children as if they’re your own; have a sense of discipline when needed, but don’t aggressively assert your discipline onto the children. Show them that you are there for them as a guide and to help them grow (mentally, physically, emotionally).
