What I liked
Amazingly smart and friendly coworkers, and an intern event almost every week!
What I wish was different
I wish I had a more complex technical project, but ultimately the team that I was matched with didn't have too many big projects needed to be done.
Advice
It is very accepted to contact anyone for a chat. This is the best way to learn more about the company and gain a bigger picture of how the company operates in various fields of finance, like equities, commodities, fixed income, and more.

What I liked
You are given a lot of responsibilities and challenging problems to solve on Day 1, and you just have to trust that you and your team can figure out the best path forward. As a result, you learn rapidly about the industry and are able to grow as a professional. Highly recommend for people early in their career.
