I really enjoyed learning about the different concepts of networking. I also loved seeing the companies core values being implemented in team meetings and activities.
What I wish was different
I would have loved to experience the internship in person rather than working remote.
Advice
Getting the chance to experience an internship like the one I had, is truly amazing. Take full advantage of the resources and information provided to you during your internship because it could help you in the future.

What I liked
I enjoyed the culture, it is very encouraging and fosters learning over anything. I learned a lot this past summer about networking but also about myself and others too. Speakers from all different departments came to talk to interns as well to show us what other careers there were within Meraki.
What I wish was different
In-person would have been nice, though not Meraki’s fault, of course. The program was amazing for being remote- it felt as if I were there in person with all the activities we did to break up the summer.
Advice
Ask lots of questions to understand concepts that you aren’t super sure about!
