What I wish was different
There were some aspects of the location where lack of equipment made the pool unsafe and upper management refused to let us take action to improve the safety conditions for our young athletes even though we already had the safety equipment. We just weren't allowed to use it. Also, some coworkers personalities seemed a bit arrogant and clashed with mine.
