What I liked
The true hands on experience. I was in a high acting overseeing position that had to do with interacting with others, planning and executing. I was treated with authority and was able to create my own event and oversee all of the details. My supervisors and other coworkers empowered me to succeed. They were excited to work with me and see what I had to offer, that was very reassuring.
