Church of the Open Door (COD) is a Christ preaching, Bible believing and sinner receiving community of grace.
We are a non-denominational and multi-generational community of about 500 believers in Jesus Christ. We are firmly committed to the truths of God’s Word, and strive to cultivate a family atmosphere where we can all grow in grace. Our deepest desire is that Church of the Open Door would be used by God to meet the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of people in the San Gabriel Valley, and around the globe, as we have been doing for over 100 years.
Nestled in the foothills of Glendora, our beautiful 40-acre campus is surrounded by God’s beauty and wildlife, with a new worship center, a gymnasium, swimming pool, recording studio, and stunning views of the valley. There is even short-term missionary housing on the property, allowing Church of the Open Door to spread the gospel of grace to even more nations! Being only 30 minutes North/East from Downtown LA, we are close to it all, and yet the campus can feel like an escape from city life.
