I enjoyed getting a better understanding of what working in a nonprofit youth organization looks like. The staff provides a lot of help for the many different tasks you're assigned throughout the summer. The CHAT community is a really great atmosphere to be a part of.
What I wish was different
The work can be tiring at times, but CHAT does do a good job of allowing employees space to rest and encourage self-care.
Advice
Sleep is important! Utilize it and treasure it!
