Make the most of it. Go in with a good attitude and try to make super fun memories. Your attitude is what determines the kind of day you're going to have at work. Don't take it too seriously.

What I liked
Great people to work with. Very fulfilling job. Usually pretty laid back. I was able to get other homework or things I needed to do during the down time.
What I wish was different
The hours are a little weird. Communication between employees wasn't that great.
Advice
It's a great job, but make sure you are ok dealing with high tense situations as they do come up from time to time.

Absolutely loved it. Every college student could benefit from working here. You could even make it a career!

I wish I would have been able to take a few summer courses that were only offered in the fall.
Advice
Don’t hesitate from getting a job. It is literally a necessity in life. With that in mind, pick a place like Chrysalis especially if you just need a part time job during school or through the summer. It is tons of fun!

I just wish I haven't had to have a job while going to school because it makes it hard to manage time and stress sometimes!
Advice
This job can be kind of mentally exhausting, but is so good especially as a job while going to school. I wouldn't have traded it for anything.

I like how flexible they are and how willing they are to work with your schedule. Also I love what they are doing. Their mission and vision is super inspiring.

The training you have to do is crazy long.. and that’s not super fun. But it makes sense.
Advice
Don’t go in expecting an easy job. There are easy and fun days, but there are also crazy intense and not fun days.
