The people who worked there were very helpful in training and assisting new workers and that made me feel comfortable settling in to a new environment.
What I wish was different
Maybe that I took more hours there in the summer instead of just 20 hours.
Advice
It would was good to get experience in the sales business and get to know how to work with people and customers. Problem solving was something that I learned from this experience as well which will help me not only in my future jobs but also in life as well.

What I liked
I liked my coworkers. They were invested in me and wanted to help me as much as they could.
What I wish was different
I wish I was not the only person designated to do the job position I had.
Advice
I would advise to be open to jobs to help you understand the behind the scenes behind a job. I learned a lot while in retail, but it was informative for someone who had no experience in retail. Don't be afraid to try a job that doesn't have anything to do with your major or goals. But if you find a job you do like , then go with that. I enjoyed my time at my summer job. Don't forget there are pros and cons to nay job.
