What I liked
I loved the culture overall. They hosted a lot of company events and happy hours that the interns got to participate in and set up. My co-workers were all super welcoming and made the transition into a new company more than easy.
What I wish was different
Given it's a smaller company, the internship wasn't super structured so that could have been better.
Advice
Be a sponge. Insurance is like a second language because no one studies the industry in college. Insurance is something everyone will need to purchase and Christensen Group does a great job of educating new employees on the industry.
