I love how they work with me to create a schedule that fits into my class schedule. I enjoy working there and learning to care for children in a new way with their philosophy and being able to observe behavior and development first-hand.
What I wish was different
I wish I was being compensated more considering I have to put money into me working there (finger prints, background check, etc.).
Advice
Working here is great when you have patience (or are able to adapt) and have a love for children.
