Interning at Conoga Park's CDI i enjoyed working with the clients. I loved meeting the babies and toddlers along with the parents. I appreciated when the parent's acknowledged the work and interaction I was doing with their child. A few parents even let me know that their child began being more interactive with the other children because of the work that I had done with them. I would encourage play with the other children at CDI and one on one. I also enjoyed volunteering at their annual back to school fair!
What I wish was different
I wish I would have more time to stay as an active volunteer. It is kinda hard since it is far from where I live.
Advice
Its a great lace to volunteer if you are interested in child development.
