What I liked

I loved the friendly atmosphere, and the servant leadership. The leadership team invested in me, and made me want to stay full time as Human Resources Coordinator! I am now pursuing their Leadership Development Program to go into franchising and business ownership!

What I wish was different

I had a really great experience, I think some things that could have helped my experience more would have been more opportunities to get to know the corporate aspect of working (communication with those in the corporate sector)

Advice

it is definitely fast paced! I like that I was able to go into work and not know what to expect! But definitely make sure you are well rested and prepared for anything.
