Great for extraverted people who are "quick-on-their feet" and those that have a heart of service and enjoy food.

What I liked
I loved getting to be personally developed while interning. While I was there to contribute to the teams I worked with, there was a greater focus placed on my development as a young professional.
What I wish was different
I wish I had taken more time to network across departments. I felt comfortable networking within my own department, but I did not look outside as much as I would have preferred.
Advice
Try things that intimidate you. Two of the projects that were assigned to me were not projects I would have chosen for myself. I found that I grew the most through these experiences because I was pushed out of my comfort zone.

What I liked
I loved the hands on experience from learning from the direct owners of Chick-fil-A's while trying to grow brand awareness throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have been able to learn more of the operations/restaurant side so we would be able to assist in the restaurant if need be during our marketing shifts.
Advice
Take the initiative. The job is what you make of it and can be really fun if you invest time and thought into all your posts and marketing ideas.

What I liked
I really enjoyed the variety of work that I had the opportunity to work on this summer. Not only did I work in many areas on the IT Department, but I got to work with Field Operations and Supply Chain as well. During the summer, I got to work with Google Analytics, which I had no experience with before. I created reports in Google Analytics for their Supply Chain and Vash Management application. I developed dashboards in ServiceNow on quality tickets. Finally, I documented a transitioning relationship between Field Operations and Information Technology. When I was not working on the projects, I met with various people in the department and on my team to learn about their role and experience within the company. These projects and meetings gave me an expansive overview of the company, which I think was very beneficial.
What I wish was different
I wish I heard about full-time sooner.
Advice
Take advantage of the culture. Everyone there is genuinely interested in getting to know you and sharing their experience with you. You have such an opportunity to learn about the company, individual apartments, and just the general
