I like the community the team members have at this location. There is minimal drama and everyone looks out for each other.
What I wish was different
Management doesn't oversee cleaning and proper training isn't done in order to keep the store running well. Most leaders are under 18 and are left alone to run the store.
Advice
Working in this environment is hard, because not very many procedures are followed. My piece of advice is that as a team member, you can only be responsible for yourself, and that leadership is influence, not authority.
