I liked the atmosphere of working in the kitchen and the colleagues I was working with. It was a very fast paced environment with hands on tasks. This provided great skills that can transfer over to real life situations and future employment.
What I wish was different
Nothing. I was able to learn anything I wanted. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Advice
If you are looking for a slow, controlled environment this could create some problems, but it would definitely help improve working fast yet efficient and still maintaining good quality.
