Our volume is demanding of talented individuals each driving pieces of the business, giving the opportunity for the same talented individuals to own pieces of the business. Opportunities include but aren’t limited to: Operations, Training (In-House and Grand-Opening Restaurants), Marketing, and Community Outreach. After graduating from LDP, candidates have the opportunity to join Support Center staff at the Home Office in Atlanta, Georgia in one of many roles, or to go through the Operator Selection Process and assume the role of Owner/Operator of their very own store.
