I loved the people I worked with and learning about how the company runs. Creating relationships with those I worked with really made the experience worth while. The owner even wanted to become my mentor and taught me a lot about life in general. Also I learned a lot about leadership and customer service.
What I wish was different
I wish the hours were more flexible.
Advice
Find a company that has a great leader and that shares the same values as you. Also find a company that allows you to grow and finds the right position for your talents.
