I was able to follow a hybrid modality. I was in the office for 3 days a week and was able to work from home for 2 days a week. I had the opportunity to see an audit conducted.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have seen more aspects of EHS instead of just audit prep.
Advice
Ask lots of questions and get to know the people you work with.

What I liked
I really enjoyed the freedom I was able to have and being able to figure out projects on my own.
What I wish was different
I was a little bummed about the social parts of the job. Typically the team does some sort of golf league but with covid we were not able to do that.
Advice
Be sure to actively seek out projects to work on. You will get out of this job what you put into to.

The culture of the company was very nice and every employee there was very friendly and open to teaching me anything that I had an issue with.

The company being more efficient in the shipping department.
