I loved getting to know the kids and sharing my love of swimming with others at the place where I learned how to swim.
What I wish was different
I wish I didn’t have to leave to get a full time job somewhere else even though I know my future positions will help me in reaching my dream job.
Advice
Never take your connections for granted. I’ve made more connections and learned more about myself and my future career path in this position than any other job I’ve ever had.

What I liked
I liked the large club and all that it has to offer. I got to learn so much more than I ever thought possible because of how much was going on everyday. I liked how I got to learn how to lead a small team and I also got to do some banquet managing also which was such a fun learning experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that it was closer to home so that I did not have to be away all summer and so that I could work there year round.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is to have an open mind about many new ideas and to know that you cannot always please everyone on your staff, someone is not gonna be happy however you do things.
