Flexible work schedule, great culture, and the people were great to work with. My group allowed me to turn the things I learned from school into useable industry skills. I worked on projects that other network engineers would have done themselves.

What I liked
My managers were very flexible if I needed to take a day off. They also gave me real world projects that are already being implemented and continued to be worked on.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had more projects to do. Sometimes I would be doing the same project for an entire week, and I needed a variety.
Advice
Always ask questions because when you do it shows your employer you are interested in the work you are doing.
