Working in a diversity of projects and getting exposed to different systems. In addition to individual projects, I also had the opportunity to work and get some training with the FIX team. The Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol is an electronic communications protocol initiated in 1992 for international real-time exchange of information related to the securities transactions and markets.vMy team constantly worked with Salesforce ticketing system. This also gave me the opportunity to get exposed to it and understand how to interact with clients and resolve any issues.
