I really enjoyed my work environment. I loved being exposed to various aspects of civil engineering on different job sites in southern Wisconsin.
What I wish was different
I really enjoyed my time at CGC, however I wish that the time schedule was more set. I worked very random and odd hours.
Advice
One piece of advice that I have is to keep an open mind because you will be exposed to many different jobs. Also, there will not be a shortage of work, so be sure to be prepared for a big workload.
