I got to work on multiple aspects in the company and learned a lot through that process.

I wish I would've gotten more recognition for all the work I did there.

What I liked
I enjoyed the horizontal structure that allowed to take initiatives and collaborate with project directors and executives in preparation for the Strategic Report and Annual Latin American Forum.
What I wish was different
I would have liked more structure and guidance on some parts of research.
Advice
Have an open-mind and willing to take initiative on research!
