What I liked
The team was extremely friendly and the overall culture of the firm was one of inclusion. It was easy to have conversations with senior employees and my boss was a huge catalyst for career development as well as personal development.
What I wish was different
The program was relatively new so the internship had little structure. There were times when I felt I could be doing more than I was, but I was also provided a lot of autonomy and that was very positive.
Advice
To make the most of this opportunity, you really have to go out and be proactive in asking for work and interesting projects.
