Managers and staff were awesome, gave plenty of great technical advice and I learned a lot throughout the whole process. You get a real big picture view of how the company operates since you see projects from the first design to seeing them implemented on the production floor quickly. Strong Covid-19 response and precautions as well.
What I wish was different
A more formalized on-boarding process to catch new interns up to speed would be great. A more comprehensive look at the current product, their functions, and all the tools at your disposal before you start working would save time.
Advice
Have strong working knowledge with Creo or other 3D modelling software. Any hands on experience with 3D printing or building simple devices will be a huge plus
