Great work environment! Project managers are always willing to help you learn more about the company’s goals and where you fit in it all.
What I wish was different
Since I’m still working there, there isn’t a whole lot I’d change. But I’d hope they give more chances to do different things that will increase my value as an employee.
Advice
Always ask questions and learn from the managers. Take the initiative. There’s a lot to be done. So don’t wait for the managers to tell you what needs to be done.
