Central Valley Ag Cooperative

Agronomy Sales Intern

May - August 2020 • Fullerton, NE

What I liked

It was a great experience to really learn more about agronomy from chemicals to application rates. I liked being able to work with growers to help solve their problems for their operation. I really learned a lot about agronomy and was also able to explore other opportunities within CVA.

What I wish was different

I wish it would have been busier. It was a different year than most so it was slower than normal, yet there were still tasks to do.

Advice

I would say is go into the internship ready to learn. You will learn something new every day, either relating to the job or life advice a grower told you.
